Swat, Kalam, Badgoi, Kumrat, Chitral, Shandur, Phander, Hunza and Shimshal. The toughest and most adventurous route in our 2027 motorcycle calendar. Tackling broken mountain tracks, water crossings, loose shale passes, and remote river gorges across northern Pakistan.

The Daily Timeline
Every day is balanced with riding, scenic photography halts, and comfortable mountain lodging.
Airport pickup, introductions and detailed technical briefing. Spend extra time discussing rough-road riding, luggage setup and group riding procedure because this is the hardest tour in the range.
Travel north through Swat toward Kalam. Meet the motorcycles, complete bike setup and prepare for the off-road section beginning the following morning.
