POLICIES & RIDER AGREEMENTS

Clear, transparent policies for adventure motorcycling across Gilgit-Baltistan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Booking Terms & Conditions (2027 MOTO TOURS)

1. Deposit & Seat Confirmation

A deposit per rider is required at the time of reservation to secure a seat on any scheduled 2027 tour. Choose your motorcycle and room preference now; the remaining tour balance will be arranged through a secure payment request. Spaces are capped strictly at 8-10 riders per group.

2. Cancellation & Balance Terms

A $700 USD deposit per rider secures a place, subject to payment verification and seat availability. The remaining balance must be paid by the balance-due date shown for the selected departure. Customer cancellations and transfers are governed by our published Cancellation & Refund Policy.

3. Pakistan Visa Information

Travelers are responsible for obtaining their own Pakistan tourist visa through the official Pakistan Online Visa System. After your booking is confirmed, we can provide your confirmed tour itinerary and accommodation information for use with your visa application. Visa requirements vary by nationality and individual case, and Pakistani authorities may request additional supporting documents.

4. Compulsory Travel & Medical Insurance

All participants must have valid travel and medical insurance for the full duration of the expedition. Your policy must specifically cover recreational motorcycle riding on the type and engine capacity of motorcycle used on your tour, as well as emergency medical treatment, repatriation and evacuation from remote areas. Because insurance terms vary by insurer, policy and country of residence, each rider is responsible for confirming directly with their insurer that their chosen policy provides appropriate cover for the planned motorcycle activity and itinerary.

Proof of insurance must be provided before departure. Any medical, rescue, evacuation or repatriation costs not covered by the rider’s insurance remain the rider’s responsibility.
